3.2" TFT LCD Screen Module
The ITDB02 is a TFT LCD Screen Module, 40pin interface that includes touch, SD and EEPROM support.
The LCD in the ITDB02 is the 240374PQ . It’s a 65K color, 320*240 3.2 inch TFT LCD screen which has a wide viewing angle and also a contrast which is very suitable.
With a 16bit data interface using the SSD1289, it's easy to drive by many microcontrollers.
The ITDB02 is designed with a touch controller and uses the ADS7843 IC.
Another useful extension on the ITDB02 is the SD Card socket and it uses SPI to operate. There is also is a extensible slot to cater for external EEPROM.
The pins named with “D_” is the touch bus. The “SD_” pins is SD bus and the “F_” pins is EEPROM bus.
By default it uses 3.3v but if you need to connect the module using 5v you can add 30k and 20k resistors to reduce the voltage.
