Description

125Khz RFID Readers are designed for reading code from 125KHz card compatible read-only tags.
These readers are common in home or office environments and mostly used for access control. It's also common to use 125Khz RFID in the manufactering environment for production control systems.

Application:
The Module will notify you via an LED light whenever 125khz tag approaches it. The tag serial number will be send via TX pin, this makes it very simple to include RFID modules
in your projects by simply sending the data over the serial line to a micro-controller or even to a PC via a UART communication.

The reading distance of RFID Readers greatly depends on the antenna and RFID Tag that is being used. Be sure not to place the antenna close to metal or in a metal enclosure
as metal can often detune the antenna which will greatly effect the readers ability to read tag information.

125Khz RFID shouldn't be confused with NFC(Near Field Communication) RFID. They are similar in usage but have very different applications.
