The Picofly modchip is a hardware modification, based on the Raspberry Pi RP2040 chip, designed to enable the installation and use of custom firmware, homebrew applications, and emulators on all models of the Switch console.

The installation process is highly technical and requires advanced microsoldering skills, specialized tools, and the disassembly of the console. It is not considered a beginner project and carries a significant risk of damaging the console's motherboard.
